After 6 months of EBA negotiations broke down at Cleanaway in Brooklyn, CFMEU Members are taking legal protected action to prevent drastic cuts to their penalty rates and other conditions.
The company has responded with more bullying and standover tactics, locking workers out and standing them down without pay, despite the action being legal and protected.
