Element Five/Vcon safety boss puts workers under concrete boom

Very patchy safety at Patch Apartments in Fitzroy North with Element Five/Vcon boss Andrew Tamsett leading workers under an active concrete boom in what should be an exclusion zone. No safe access/egress means workers are left to jump concrete panels and go under the boom.
