CFMEU officials follow-up report at EJ Whitten Bridge - workers, residents and the public potentially exposed to asbestos. Tests have confirmed the old tip contains asbestos, but Fulton Hogan are refusing to release the report to the OHS rep, event though they were directed to by WorkSafe as a legal requirement.
