"If there is to be farness and impartiaility to our justice system, then the same sort of scrutiny that has been applied to John Setka and Shaun Reardon over the past 3 years should now be focused on Boral, it should be focused on the Trade Union Royal Commission and those responsible for the distortion of evidence that made these charges possible in the first place."
