This WorkSafe-approved course is designed for workers and HSRs who have completed the HSR Initial OHS Training Course and includes a review of the OHS laws, compliance codes and examines contemporary studies of work-related violence. All HSRs and Deputy HSRs are entitled to attend a refresher course under s67 of the OHS Act 2004 after completing an initial course for each year they hold office. Refresher training is to be undertaken at a course of their choice in consultation with their employer.
